Itinerary
Your journey begins in Casablanca, where you will be greeted by your private driver at the airport. Start your trip with a visit to the Hassan II Mosque, an architectural masterpiece and one of the largest mosques in the world. After soaking in the coastal views, continue to Rabat, Morocco’s political capital. Here, explore the Kasbah of the Udayas, a picturesque blue-and-white quarter, and see the towering Hassan Tower, an unfinished 12th-century minaret. Enjoy a relaxing evening in your riad, located in the heart of Rabat’s medina.

After breakfast, depart for Meknes, one of Morocco’s four imperial cities. Visit Bab Mansour, one of the most impressive gates in North Africa, and explore the historic Royal Stables and granaries. Continue to Volubilis, the best-preserved Roman ruins in Morocco, where you will enjoy a guided tour of its ancient arches, mosaics, and temples. In the afternoon, head to Fes, Morocco’s cultural and intellectual capital, where you will settle into your riad and have free time to explore the medina at your own pace.

Today, immerse yourself in the rich history of Fes, the spiritual and artistic heart of Morocco. Wander through the UNESCO-listed medina, a maze of over 9,000 alleys filled with markets, mosques, and historical landmarks. Visit the famous Al-Qarawiyyin University, the oldest university in the world, and admire the intricate tilework of the Bou Inania Madrasa. Explore the vibrant Chouara Tanneries, where leather is still dyed using traditional methods, and visit artisan workshops specializing in ceramics, metalwork, and carpets. Enjoy the evening at your leisure, perhaps indulging in a Moroccan hammam experience.

After breakfast, begin your scenic journey to the Sahara Desert, passing through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, often called the "Switzerland of Morocco" due to its European-style architecture and alpine feel. Drive through Midelt, known for its apple orchards, before continuing toward the desert. Arrive in Merzouga, where your camel trek awaits. Ride across the mesmerizing Erg Chebbi dunes as the sun sets, arriving at your luxury desert camp for a traditional Berber dinner under the stars, accompanied by live drumming around the campfire.

Wake up early to witness a spectacular Sahara sunrise before returning to Merzouga by camel or 4x4.
