At Morocco With Us Travel LLC, we strive to provide unforgettable travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. Below is our refund policy for cancellations and modifications.
1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
1.1 Cancellations by the Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total amount.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
- No-show or last-minute cancellation: No refund.

1.2 Cancellations by Morocco With Us
If we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns, government restrictions), you will receive:
- A full refund or
- The option to reschedule your tour at no extra cost.
2. Modification & Rescheduling Policy
We allow rescheduling based on availability:
- More than 15 days before departure: Free rescheduling.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: Subject to a 10% rescheduling fee.
- Less than 7 days before departure: Changes are not allowed.

3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Any transaction fees or currency exchange differences are not covered by Morocco With Us.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Flight bookings or third-party transport arranged on your behalf.
- Entrance fees to attractions and landmarks if already purchased.
- Last-minute upgrades to accommodations or activities.
